Are You Backing Up Your Wordpress Site?

It was Monday morning and I was on a call with a dozen others who are my peers. Each of us helps the small business owner with their businesses in one way or the other. It was at the end of the call and we were each sharing our websites and going over how to make little improvements here and there. Time was running out and there was just enough time for one more website review, I volunteered. As my site was coming up for all to see suddenly the screen turned a maroon red with an outline of a security officer with his hand stretched out and the words of"do not precede malware danger." There was more but I was too horrified to remember exactly what it said. I was concerned on being destroyed plus humiliated the people on the telephone had seen me vulnerable I had spent hours.



Besides the text and graphics you're creating, you'll need a backup and protection alternative for your site. rename your login url to secure your wordpress website is quite significant, and if you back up your site and do not protect you could lose important data and information that might be very hard to restore. As I (our fictitious Joe the Hacker) know, people have far too many usernames and here passwords to remember. You have got Twitter, Facebook, your online banking, LinkedIn, two site logins, FTP, internet hosting, etc. accounts which all come with logins and passwords you will need to remember.

Oh . And incidentally, I talked about plugins. Make sure it's a secure one when you get a new plugin. Don't install any plugin just because the owner is saying on his website that plugin can allow check out here you to do that or this. Use perhaps, or a test blog to check the plugin get a software engineer to analyze it carefully. This way you'll know it is not a threat for your business or you.
